I recently just started a book called The Watch That Ends The Night. It's about the Titanic and it is told from multiple people's perspectives. You follow the iceberg, the captain, a junior captain, an immigrant, a business man, one of the men who helps pick up the bodies aftewards. One of the challenges is that everyone knows what happened to the Titanic so I imagine it must have been a challenge to surprise and interest readers that know the ending.
