It's Andy's birthday and his friends came over for a party. They all brought presents and that means new toys are going to be brought into Andy's Room. Woody and the rest of the gang are anxious to see what new toys are going to be part of their family. The toys can't wait so they decide to send out green toy soldiers to do a mission and find out who's arriving. At first, there seems to be nothing special in the pile of presents but later on, they spot a spaceship sized box.
There have been many large stories that have happened so far this century. To, the three biggest were Pablo Sandoval's 3 homeruns, the 2008 election, and 9/11.
In this project, you start by opening the Scratch program. You have to learn to use Scratch first. Make your own backgrounds at Stage and either import or create your own sprite. Give them things to do like speak, think, make noise, move and lots of other things. You will have to assign these things to a specific sprite. You will have to give the background something like switching its “costume”. To make a continuous conversation one after another, you will have to use hats and to broadcast things to make it work well.
in my short story it automatically play and you only have to hit the green flag and then you are all set and ready to go. This may have weird timing at some points so sorry.
I used scratch to make the animation. I used hats like: "when I receive" and "when green flag press". I typed up things for both sprites to say and I used the broadcast key to broadcast it.
Introduction: This is a story about a freshmen high schooler named Go Dok Mi from Seoul, Korea. She breaks up with a boy who hated her in the first place and wanted to go out with her because he wanted to have revenge on her for getting rid of his mom 6 years ago (his mom abused the boy and Dok Mi told on her and got her locked up). Later, the boy kills himself and blames it on her and so becomes a victim of bullying. She tries to get away but the nightmare never ends.
A long time ago, in a small town there was this girl whose name was Anna. She was going outside to get dinner for her brother and sister. On her way to the market, she saw a little boy on the corner of the street, she ignored him and went inside to buy what she needed. After she was done, she left and was on her way home but she saw the little boy from earlier. He was staring at her. She went up to him and was thinking to herself he's very skinny and his clothes are all dirty, he said to her "Excuse me miss but can you please spare any food at all?".
“But mom I don’t wanna go to the states! I wanna stay here with my friends and live my life here in Korea!” said Go Dok Mi.
“But honey, you will have so many opportunities in the state, the stuff they have over there, can’t even compare from here, and you’d get a better education so that you can become a lawyer, like you’ve always wanted” said Dok Mi’s umma (mom).
“Who said I wanted to be a lawyer, that’s your dream not mine” whispered Dok Mi. “
In the book The Tent by Gary Paulsen Steve and his father Corey are still going around lying about their faith and stealing the money of innocent people. Like in previous chapters the entered the tent like the used to, until they got to the end of the collection portion of their routine. Steve had gotten a more active role in the sermon which is when he goes to pick up the offering. (In the last chapter page 76) As Steve went up his father Corey gave him a cue which was “ He lives in me, He lives in you! God lives!” then he would continue by saying “ And how does he live?
I am reading a book called the Tent by Gary Paulsen. I think it’s pretty good, it’s about a teenage boy name Steven and his father. Steven’s mother apparently ran off with some guy shortly after Steven was born. Still I think even though Steven’s father keep telling Steven “your mother has gone off with a ... well ... a friend” I think he is old enough to know what his father means by that. On top of that they are poor. Living in a ten- year- old rented trailer in a trailer park.

One dark, gloomy night there was a little girl playing in her backyard near the woods, named Sally. Sally had been outside for several hours just playing with her dolls when suddenly she saw a tall, skinny man approaching her. She didn't have time to go back to her house and there had been reports of a tall man abducting children near her neighborhood so she did the first thing that came to mind, she ran without thinking into the woods, where she thought she would be able to get away. After several minutes of running, Sally turned around to see if she had escaped.
It was 3 in the morning on a Saturday night. Jessica and her boyfriend Tanner were driving home from a party they had attended. It was Jessica’s first time she had been out after her curfew and she was petrified to go home to her furious mother. “ Let’s take a shortcut,” she said, pointing down a narrow, sinister street that went through an eerie forest. She had been down this same road only once before, and she was unenthusiastic to drive down it again, but she had to get home as soon as possible. They took a left onto the street and made their way down its gravelly path.
As the leaves rustled outside, Jessica couldn't help but wonder who, or what, could be out there and immediately regretted letting her father leave for his night shift. Ever since the murderer had showed up, Jessica’s dad, the town sheriff, had been working every hour he possibly could in order to catch the murderer wreaking havoc on the town and especially Jessica’s neighborhood. In the past three weeks there had been three murders. Each killing getting closer and closer to Jessica’s house.
When I awoke, I couldn't help but feel that something was wrong. I felt a sharp pain in my head as i got up off the cold,hard floor and I couldn't remember where I was or how I got there. When my eyes finally adjusted to the darkness i saw a light flickering in the distance, urging me to come closer. As I walked down what appeared to be a hallway I started to notice the sloshing of some kind of liquid on the ground. As i bent down to investigate I immediately knew what it was. The red color and metallic smell left me no other explanation.
It was a hopping friday night. Jeremy, wearing his favorite jeans and Polo, decided to go to his friend’s party. Little did he know things would turn for the worst...
It was a cold, dark October night in Pennsylvania where Jill and her friends lived. It was Halloween and Jill and her friends were going to a Halloween party at a fraternity house. They spent the afternoon after school getting ready. Jill had decided to be one of the Kardashians so she had curled her thick brown hair, she put on very heavy makeup around her eyes and on her face. Samantha decided to be Wonder-woman so she had put on her red tube top with blue shorts covered in stars. And last but not least Charlotte decided she wanted to go as one of the Pussycat Dolls.
Now, I'm not sure how much of this is true, as he was "not-quite-there" when he uttered these words from his colorless, deceasing lips, but I do know what I heard and I hope these syllables and utterances are repeated until the end of time. They deserve it. Here's to you, George.
