My name's Tian and I'm 16. I've been in America for 3 years. I speak English, Chinese, and a little bit Japanese. I'm living in Flushing, and I go to school in Flushing too. I had been living in Houston, Texas for several months before I came to New York. I like both Houston and NYC, but I think everything's more convenient here. I'm living with my parents and I'm the only child. I love my family.
This year, I'm taking English, Calculous, Government, Japanese, and Art. My favorite subject is math, and this year I'm taking Calculous. I think it should be a good challenge
for me. Maybe math is a little bit boring for most people, but I found the numbers quite interesting. My sceond favorite subject is U.S. history, but this year I have Government/Economics. Actually, I don't like to debate or write essays, which we always do in this class. Yet, I found it is not as boring as I have thought. Although I wasn't born in the U.S., I feel that I still need to learn it well.
