Some other things that photographed during this assignment was a piano, a guitar, and a stripped pillow. Some challenges that I faced was trying to fine what to take a picture of. I believe that this is my stongest image because it has many lines and angles. This image really portrays what this assignment was.
This photo is successful because of the use of diagonal lines. All of the lines start at the edge of the photo and draw the viewers eye to the middle of the photo. They also act as leading lines, in the same way. It’s as if the lines are pointing toward the subject, or middle of the photo. The photo also uses the rule of thirds.
What kinds of subjects did you photograph? I photographed many different subjects, but I liked this one of the plaque on my house because of it's strong diagonal composition, and it shows shadows.
What were some of your challenges you encountered? Challenges encountered included the weather.
