Stephen Hawking has never encountered aliens before but is a scientist that just believes in aliens and believes they are out there somewhere. He states that he warned everyone to avoid contact from beings from another planet because the aliens will probably be hostile.
This article I found interested me a lot because it states some of the famous people’s reasons why they believe in aliens and the encounters that they had with aliens in their lifetime.

Elvis Presley- He states basically that throughout his childhood he would always see strange lights up in the sky and that he was once visited by space travelers when he was eight years old and gave him a look into the future.
