As he began to descend from the hill, the sun began to set. its beauty etched in the very fabric of the sky. Fiery yellow orange light resonating from its core, lighting up the once placid plain bringing it to life. The sun, elegantly stretched across the horizon on its descent. Almost as if he and the sun were synchronized.This vivid image would make its place in his mind

People have many different ways to express themselves. Some people draw, some people act, some people make Youtube videos and others write.

What people write to express themselves can vary from poetry to short stories, but an often looked-down upon outlet  of writing is fanfiction.

            She ran to the water. It was like the sea was calling to her, "Amanda, Amanda...". There was no explaining why she heard the sea, but the more she ignored her name, the louder it got.  Succumbing to the voice, she ran. Only when she got there, it was too late.

Recently in English we've been studying  the Haiti Earthquake.At first didnt really bother to learn about what was going on ,until I started watching the news and realized how lucky I am to be living in this country .When I saw the video Mr.Allison played for the class , which showed all of the chaos that had been going on since the earthquake ... I could not believe it was real .I started  to think about what our should be doing ...instead of talking about it soo much we should be taking more action ,by sending loads and loads of medical supplies  along with hundreds of doctors .Day by day thousands more die from wound infections ,blood loss etc...After doing this study on how the U.S has basiclly been using Haiti for more than 200 years , I feel that we owe them more than supplies ..we owe them a new life ...
