The issue of physician assisted suicide (PAS) is more applicable to us than we would like to think. It can affect anyone who is in the unfortunate place of facing a terrible disease or accident, and with this, it also impacts family and friends. This issue revolves around allowing a doctor to prescribe lethal doses of medicine, or to provide the information that assists in death.
Witchcraft began in the around the 1000 AD, today witchcraft is still seen all over the world. Recently an article posted spoke of many different punishments being given around the world for witchcraft. Witchcraft is seen as an act of the supernatural that may be associated with the devil or bad spirits. As you read on, try to think if these cases can be caused by witchcraft or is it just a natural act of the world.
Syria as a country has never been excepting of the gay life style, and in fact it is illegal for gay people to have sexual relations the penalty is up to three years in prison.
Of late however ISIS has brought to light there stunning dislike toward the LGBT community. Videos have been released by ISIS showing the brutal murders of several gay men; they were thrown off buildings and then stoned to death. The saddest thing about the videos is that you can see masses of bystanders with no facial expressions show no sign fear at the events taking place.
My community can view depression in many ways. Some take this as a serious issue topic, but some wouldn’t understand or care much about. Depression can affect almost every age range from young kids, teenagers, and adults. With symptoms of loss of interest, more or less sleep, irritability or aggressive behavior, loss of appetite, suicidal thoughts, self harm and so on. Depression can eventually lead to suicide which is a leading cause of young kids and teen deaths in the US. I believe my community should view depression more seriously and support the ones who have to endure it in their lives.
The book Cursed by Tara Brown is about a girl Aimee James who is threatened with death for unknown reasons. In that moment when the world pauses before death she meets a mysterious man she falls in love with that brings her back to life. It is odd that she would fall in love with someone after death then a human on Earth.
My dream for the world is for bullying to stop. Bullying is not good. It is not necessary for kids to take their anger out on other kids. Bullying is bad because it hurts people in many ways emotionally and physically. The victims of bullying get so use to getting bullied that it makes them believe the words they are told. The reason why bullying is so bad is because many people have killed themselves because of it.

We are here to discuss the matter that Syria’s civil war will soon affect our country of Turkey. It is a great concern to our people, especially since Syria has chemical weapons that are continuously being thrown at us.
All immigrants come to America for many reasons all tied up to the American dream. Achieving this dream isn't easy . Lots of immigrants struggle in achieving this. In the book Children of The River the protagonist, Sundara, did achieve the american dream. Sundara wanted to be able to survive the war , get a good education and she wanted to be able to help her family earn a living. Just like any immigrant Sundara came to America with many goals and also had hopes to achieve them .
What is the American Dream? Many hope for the same things, such as money, an education, good health, safety, a home, jobs, money, and opportunity. Ultimately everyone is searching for happiness and success, no matter what that entitles. Immigrants from all over the world come to the United States hoping to achieve the the so called, “American Dream.” The same goes for the protagonist, Sundara in Children of the River by Linda Crew. Sundara’s biggest desire was to get an education and become a doctor.
James Truslow Adams said in his book The Epic of America, “The American Dream is that dream of a land in which life should be better and richer and fuller for everyone, with opportunity for each according to ability or achievement...
Andre Dubus III, author of House of Sand and Fog, had written in reference to immigrants in America, “Dat's what they say of this cauntry back home, Kath: 'America, the land of milk and honey.' Bot they never tell you the milk's gone sour and the honey's stolen.” Immigrants from the 1700s to modern day have all held one thing dear to their hearts that connect them and explain the reasons for why they come to America, and it is called the American Dream.
I was always interested in reading about people’s experience of the holocaust. Although there are a few storytellers due to the remaining people who survived. This story was written by Elie Wiesel, a person who actually was part of the holocaust who explains how was experience. This is unbelievable because barely any human survived. I’m interested in knowing how Elie survived and hopefully by the end of the this book i’ll learn how was it to feel and be in the holocaust. So far from what I been reading it makes me question this book a lot.
I was interested in this article about domestic violence because in today’s world many families face or have victims of domestic violence. It’s sad to see this going on and most families don’t help them selves by getting out of the situation before it leads towards their death. The family members that know about the abuse don’t help either because they don’t want to get involved in that drama.

Still the only girl in school Who gets that stupid pain. Whenever something happens, People say she is to blame. She has that strong pain, That no one else has felt.
