I think the biggest thing people need to realize about Death Row, is that we may think we know a lot about it, but there is so much more behind it. There are many ways that capital punishment is carried out, and sometimes, the accused are innocent. I specifically remember reading an article about a man who was on death row for many years, and after many reviews of his case, was released. The article was titled “My Life on Death Row”. It was written by a man named Wilbert Rideau who was in April of 1962, arrested, chained, and transported to Louisiana’s Death Row.

In the newspaper The Washington Times, Maureen Branch wrote, LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Look at Hollywood and Mental Health, in which she explains how putting more laws and restrictions on guns won't solve the problem of deaths of innocent, whom are killed by "mentally ill who roam our streets," mentioned in the letter.

In the book that I’m reading bodega Dreams there is this boy name sapo thats known for biting while he’s in a fight . they gave him a tag up which was Sapo. When Sapo was In fourth grade he used to get pick on in school because he looked like a frog. One day this girl name Lisa Rivera started to tease Sapo because of the way he looked by saying “ribbit ribbit’’.
Once he got fed up with the fact he knew he looked like a frog and everyone is laughing at Lisa Jokes he threw a book at her face.

I was intrigued while reading "Trayvon Martin, Unarmed and Innocent" by Anthony Turner. I found this article very informing and helpful. I found out a lot of things I didn't know, and I felt sympathy towards Trayvon Martin and his family.

I admire Anthony Turner's essay “Trayvon Martin, Unarmed and Innocent” from http://learning.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/03/26/on-trayvon-martin-a-guest-p... because people really need to know what really happened and how innocent that boy really was. This type of thing can happen to anyone no matter who you are, so that is something that everyone needs to fear, innocent murders.

The more I read this book, the more I don’t want to stop reading it. I read my After, by Amy Efaw every morning on the bus ride to school. It’s a great time because once I finish a chapter I end at the stop I’m suppose to get off. I dislike the fact that I have to put my book away after because I want to keep on reading. What has been going on lately with Devon, who’s the main character is that she eventually faints from the excessive blood her body gave out when she gave birth. In the book so far the cops send her to the ER and when shes there she panics and wants to go.

Recently  I read page 1-200 in The Invisible Man by Herbert George Wells, and I really enjoyed reading this book. It because the author used a lot of mysteries around the invisible man, and also makes the reader eager to keep reading that  book, to find  out secrets that they are interested in.
