I going to base it on his amazement on the game "cops and robbers". He loves to be the one being chased. I'm using the concept of him not being caught to the audience to see if there able to escape.

1)You would be an icon that moves up and down. There are others icons that there to block your way of reaching your goal.

1) You have a limited amount of space to move.

Goal:
1) You have to reach a box that says goal.
Core Mechanics:
1) You have to get to the next level or land to escape by not getting caught more than twice and be able to reach the goal.
Rules:
1) You have to reach the goal, and avoid getting hit by the Cops.
