I'm a student at Green Dot New York Charter School in the Bronx. I was born in the Dominican Republic on October 27. I’m 16 years old. I’m a very shy person, but I’m a nice, respectful, caring, and hardworking girl. I had lived in the Bronx since I was 6 years old. What is important about me is that people don’t know that I like to hide my true feelings with a smile and that sometimes I feel like I’m not smart enough to show other people.

In school, I’m focused and respectful. What I like to do in school is go to clubs, like art or dance, because those are clubs that you don’t have to worry about school and they are fun clubs. I don’t really know what I’m good at in school, unless it’s school work as the following:class work, paying attention, doing homework, and listening to teachers and students. But there are some classes I do great at but don’t like the subject and there are other classes that I love but do bad in the class.

Out of school, I’m very relaxed. I like to hang out with my friends and family members. I will say I’m particularly good at nothing when it comes to sports because every time I want to try out for something I never make it. But I don’t give up I keep trying like I won’t let that get me down. But sometimes I feel like giving up, I’m not good at anything.I don’t know how I got this way. Maybe I’m good at something but for now I’m sure.
