About

Martina Yen

Hi! My name is Martina and I am a freshman at Okemos High School. Music has been a part of my life for a long time. It is a channel for my emotions. I first started with piano when I was about 7 years and then in 4th grade, I started cello. My piano teacher was a high schooler and when she graduated I didn’t find another teacher, so now I play piano for fun. I still play cello and have been apart of my school’s orchestra since 5th grade. Along with that, I also enjoy reading fantasy, science fiction and mystery books, playing tennis, camping and spending time with my family.

My Questions:

Self Questions:
Where will I be in 10 years? What will I accomplish? Did I accomplish my goals/expectations?
How do other people see me?
Will I grow up to be a leader or a follower?
How long will I live?
Will I still keep in touch with the friends I have now in the future?

World Questions:
What will the technology world be like in 50 years? 100 years?
What will happen to the world in 50 years in terms of pollution?
What happens after people die?
Are we living in a sort of dimension?
Will there be a cure for cancer?
