My name is Wilda. I was born May 12 1993 in the Bronx NY, in the Lincoln Hospital, but my parents are from Dominican Republic. I'm a happy person, always laughing weather in going through a difficult situation home or outside, I don’t let nobody know things are bothering me. I always believe I can do thing if I put my heart into it. A turning point in my life was when I changed schools. I use to go to a school in the Bronx called The Bronx School for Law Government and Justice. On the year 2010 I transferred to Bronx Academy. It affected me because I had to leave all my other friends behind and favorite teachers and activities.

Now I'm in Bronx Academy High School. What I like about schools in general is that everyday we learn something new, everyday we meet new people, students or staffs. Something I like about BASH is that we get opportunities and lots of advice and ways to do better. Something I’m good at is, on my work, when I concentrate and do it. I like feeling good about myself and about what I know I’m doing correct. When I do my work I feel smart I feel like I’m on the same page as everyone else in class.

Something I enjoy doing outside of school is talking. I love talking in general, good talking by the way. There’s lots of different talking, some people talk to get other people in trouble, find trouble with other or hurt someone with word. Good talking, like i enjoy doing is talking to friends or people and helping them out with their life situations. There’s lots of friends of mine that come up to me for advice. Everyone makes mistakes but we learn from them too. Some people don't know what to do on a difficult situation but I try helping them out of it. This “ hobby “ i enjoy doing has to do with the carrier i want to do in college, which is Social Worker.
